As a contract worker for ComServe Solutions, you are eligible for our comprehensive and contributory medical, dental and vision insurance plans. Certain job assignments may include paid time off. Benefits begin on the first day of the month after you are hired. For example, if you are hired on August 14, your benefits start on September 1.

ComServe Solutions’ pay schedule runs from Monday through Sunday. Our contract employees are paid every Friday, via a paper check or direct deposit. All direct placement employees are paid according to the client’s payroll policies. 

  • Do I have to pay a fee to find a job?
    Job seekers like yourself do not pay ComServe Solutions any fees. We partner with many businesses in a variety of industries who in turn pay us when our employees are placed.
  • How long will I be employed?
    Job assignments can vary greatly…from a couple of months to a couple of years; it depends on what our clients need from us. We work to place you in the type of role that fits your long or short-term needs, too. That is why it is important to discuss those parameters in detail with our recruiting team.
  • No job seems to be a fit. Now what?
    Can’t find a current job listing that that works for you, but you would be interested if something was available? Then you may want to join the ComServe Solutions Talent Network. By participating, our recruiting team will be able to alert you to new job posts that match your interests.
  • Are there any minimum employment requirements?
    All ComServe Solutions’ applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Some assignments may require a criminal background check, a clear drug screen, or other requirements as described in the job posting. Most jobs are open to any individual eligible to work in the United States. Eligibility includes those with valid Employment Authorization Documents, those with valid United States Permanent Resident Cards (also known as Green Cards) and others eligible to work in the United States as described on Department of Homeland Security document I-9.
