Chief Executive Officer
John J. Kotula, Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. and ComServe Solutions, Inc. He is responsible for the overall day to day operations, strategic planning and direction of the companies providing leadership and direction to all staff.
John has over twenty-five years of experience in the Collections, Credit Reporting and Customer Care industries. On May 20, 2004, Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc and John were awarded the Small Business of the Year Award from the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce. This honor is presented only to those corporations that have been determined to have staying power, product/service innovativeness, and contributions to the community.
Chief Operations Officer
Jeff Kotula serves ComServe Solutions as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him over a decade of experience within customer-service and account-management platforms. By focusing on driving the strategic initiatives of the company, he supports the team’s ability to constantly develop, grow, and innovate while maintaining professional excellence.
Jeff began his career as the Director of Operations for Commonwealth Financial Systems In 2011. For nearly 10 years, he worked closely with its clients to maximize workflow efficiencies and to achieve their financial goals.
Jeff graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Scranton.

How long will I be employed?Job assignments can vary greatly…from a couple of months to a couple of years; it depends on what our clients need from us.
